Shandong Heavy Industry Group Shines at Indonesia Mining Exhibition, Deepening Cooperation and Strategizing for the Future

From September 17 to 19, the 2025 Indonesia International Construction and Mining Machinery Exhibition grandly commenced at the Jakarta International Convention Center.

As a benchmark Chinese engineering machinery enterprise "going global," Shandong Heavy Industry Group participated under the theme of "Technology Empowering Equipment for a Better Future," positioning the mining market as a strategic priority. Five of its major mining equipment manufacturing subsidiaries—Shantui, Lovol Heavy Industry, Weichai, Sinotruk, and Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile—showcased a full range of mining equipment and integrated solutions at the exhibition. The group conveyed the brand values of "green, efficient, intelligent, and economical" to the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets, injecting Chinese strength into the upgrading of the global mining industry. Wang Zhijian, General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, along with Vice Presidents Zhang Gengsheng and Ma Changhai, leaders of overseas business from subsidiary companies, and Southeast Asian clients attended the event.

At the centralized delivery ceremony, a batch of advanced equipment spanning fuel power, engineering machinery, and mining vehicles was officially handed over to key local Indonesian clients. These devices will help customers enhance production efficiency and strengthen their product competitiveness in Indonesia's mining sector.

During the strategic key account signing ceremony, the group reached new cooperation intentions with several major Indonesian enterprises in areas such as product procurement, technical collaboration, and localized services, further consolidating and deepening the strategic partnership between both parties.

During the event, Shandong Heavy Industry Group unveiled its integrated new mining products with great impact. The core products launched were deeply optimized to meet the specific needs of the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets. Focusing on green technology, high-end equipment, and smart mining, the group aims to jointly explore new models of mining development that are more efficient, intelligent, clean, and safe, working hand in hand to promote sustainable economic, environmental, and social development in Indonesia.

The exhibition featured a diverse array of activities, including immersive displays, new product launches, and global partner dialogues, showcasing the group's cutting-edge products such as powertrains, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, road rollers, dump trucks, and tractors. Among them, Weichai's powertrain, known for its faster response and stronger power, has become a crucial power source for high-horsepower machinery. Shantui and Lovol Heavy Industry exhibited the 100-ton mining excavators SE1500LCW and FR2000F, equipped with excavator powertrains. These, combined with mining trucks and dump trucks from Sinotruk and Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile, became the absolute highlight in the high-horsepower mining and loading area, earning high praise from on-site partners who expressed strong confidence in future collaboration.
