In late 2023, Walid, Logistics Director at LH Company, began exploring alternatives. That’s when SHACMAN’s newly launched X6000 tractor entered the conversation. Though intrigued, Walid remained cautious. With decades of experience, he understood the importance of vetting new partners thoroughly—especially in a sector as critical as long-haul cement transportation.

Engineering a Purpose-Built Solution

Through detailed technical exchanges, SHACMAN introduced its next-generation new energy solution: the X6000E battery-swapping tractor, designed specifically for LH Company’s operational profile.

Key innovations included:

- Integrated electric drive axle for reduced vehicle weight and increased payload capacity

- Over 500 kWh battery delivering extended range for long-distance routes

- Bottom-mounted rapid battery swapping, enabling full replacement in under 5 minutes

For Walid, the X6000E represented more than a product—it was a strategic enabler. The combination of high efficiency, advanced engineering, and operational flexibility aligned precisely with LH’s sustainability goals and logistical requirements.

From Evaluation to Execution

Following several rounds of in-depth communication and technical validation, LH Company approved a trial procurement of X6000E units. In June 2025, the first batch of vehicles successfully arrived and entered operation.

Initial performance has exceeded expectations, with the X6000E demonstrating exceptional reliability, energy efficiency, and cargo adaptability across demanding transport routes.
